Our Mission
Wayfit exists to put simple, honest health tools directly in the hands of people who have decided to take their own health seriously. Not tools buried behind paywalls, not dashboards that require an account, not advice filtered through a commercial interest. Just the numbers, grounded in research, available to anyone.
Most of the information you need to make good decisions about your body already exists — in published guidelines, peer-reviewed research, and the work of organizations like the CDC, NIH, and ACSM. Wayfit's job is to make that information accessible and actionable, without the noise.
We offer tools that are free, require no sign-up, that won't share what you enter.
What People Are Saying
People are increasingly frustrated with health information that contradicts itself week to week, that is shaped more by product sponsorships than by science, and that treats ordinary adults as incapable of handling real data about their own bodies. That frustration is legitimate, and it is driving a real shift.
More people than ever are reading primary sources, questioning generic advice, and demanding to understand the reasoning behind recommendations rather than just following them on faith. They are tired of being misdirected on plain questions that that have clear, well-established answers — and tired of discovering, after long hours searching, that the guidance they were given was outdated or commercially motivated.
That shift is ongoing, and it matters. The gap between what the research says and what reaches ordinary people is closing — slowly, but it is closing. Tools like Wayfit are part of how that happens.
Who We Are
Wayfit is run and operated by BlogPDQ LLC, a company founded by two brothers who shared a common frustration: the internet is full of health and fitness information that is either solicited by commercial interests or filtered through layers of bias and monetization.
Tired of following advice that contradicted itself, that prioritized affiliate commissions over accuracy, or that buried the actual science under marketing hype, we decided to build something better. We wanted to create tools and resources that were honest, free, and grounded in real evidence — no paywalls, no accounts, no algorithms deciding what you should see.
Wayfit is our answer to that frustration. We believe people deserve access to clear information they can trust.
Wiki
The Wayfit Wiki covers nutrition, metabolism, training, habits, longevity, and performance — with citations to primary sources so you can follow the reasoning yourself.
